Sample MIDI Files with Live Organ performance by the Composer.
These files will play your PR-300™ Voices (listed) and the organ.
The idea was
to write pieces that would be useful for the short offertories
common during the Summer. Little pieces for organ and strings
- a delightful combination.
But that's
not the way it worked out.
In keeping
with the light character other instruments and MIDI sounds began
to creep in. They are about as far as one can go from the breezy
Epistle Sonatas of Mozart that inspired these pieces in the first
place. The Summer Sonatas are about the same length and use the
organ as a solo instrument as Mozart did...and that's where the
similarity ends.
We hope you
have fun playing them and that your congregation finds them joyful
and inspiring.
"...the
organ and synthesizer meet in tasteful yet amusing pieces that
will put a smie on the listener's face."
"I
don't know if your church is ready for this music, but mine sure
is. When can we expect more? Brght, new sounds!"
Noel Jones never intended to spend part
of his life writing music, it just happened.
