Roland C-330/380. Rodgers R-558/R-568

Video instructions for loading the software here  this is a video demo of the same instructions as below.

Here is how this works:

1. Format the USB drive in the organ. The organ places an empty folder on the drive.  [Format USB is 11 in the Quick Menu Screen]
2. Insert the USB drive in your computer.
3.
Download and save these files to the Roland C-330 folder in the USB drive of all of these organs, replacing the folder already placed there in the format process.

The folder will contain a Memory Bank of pistons and 34 MIDI files.  The C-330/380 also contains an optional voicing.

*Using a MAC?  WE do and there is a minor issue to deal with:  Use your favorite search engine (which means google in the office) and search for Clean My Drive.  Download and install the program.  A little disk drive will appear up on the menu line to the left of the clock. When you insert the USB Thumbdrive in the computer, then click on the drive crawing on the menu line.  It will open-and aski if you want to clean or keep clean the drive you jsut inserted.  Click YES. What this does it remove artifacts of the MAC filing system that will otherwise clutter up the organ file memory - the midi fiels will be double in number, each one appearing with the right naem and another name that is the same but starts with ._ .  It's a mess, but this little free program deals with the problem.  WE use it every day.
